Whether online, in-person or in a hybrid model, we invite patients and caregivers to our MGFA-sanctioned support groups to learn more about managing MG and to receive caring support. In addition to groups organized by location or type, MGFA offers four virtual specialty support groups:

Tucson Support Group Meeting

Date/Time: 11/4/2023 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Saturday morning November 4th, 2023 from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM at the Woods Memorial Library, 3455 North 1st Ave. Tucson, 85719.  This meeting will be held in the small meeting room to the left as you enter the library, rather than our regular meeting room.  

At this meeting and after a very brief update on our MG history and current conditions, we will have a presentation by Jim LoVecchio, who previously lead our MG Group for many years.  Jim represents the Pima County on Aging and will speak on balance and how to avoid dangerous falls among other related subjects.
