Cutting-Edge Research

Hosted by the MGFA since 1954, this influential gathering is a prominent opportunity for neuromuscular researchers and medical professionals to present their work and hear from accomplished peers from around the world. 

Researchers come together to share cutting-edge discoveries in the field of myasthenia gravis and related disorders. Nearly 700 attendees from 44 countries attended the most recent event, which was held in The Netherlands. Since 2025, the conference has been held outside of the United States in recognition of the global impact of this disease and the important research taking place around the world.
